These summaries were really useful. They helped me get a better handle on what we were reading in my lit class and made everything way easier to understand

The worksheets are actually solid and useful overall. I liked the layout and they do the job well. My only issue is that when I had a question or needed a little help, I felt kind of ignored, which was frustrating. Still, the worksheets themselves are good.

I used SuperSummary for a little while, and the guides were fine for what I needed. They weren’t anything mind-blowing, but they helped enough when I was already feeling mentally drained.
Canceling wasn’t exactly difficult, but it also wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I had to click around more than I wanted to and kept double-checking to make sure it actually went through.

Support did get back to me and everything was eventually sorted out, so I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience. I just wish the cancel option had been easier to find, because by that point I really didn’t have the energy for extra hassle.
